Sorry to break it to you, but the first photo look's like the wicked witch of the east, who's hair has gone bad and turned into a wrecked 80's mullet. Dont cut your hair and put ugly witch streaks in it! It looks tacky. Try a cute bob cut

I think the 1st one is better because it is more colourful and its not totally black like the other one! :)

Well actually it looks as if they have a short hair style and added exstentions all you need to do is do your hair and add some tracks and its HARD ! to do it yourself go to a beautician !

OMG, I love their hair, it's gawjus. I got my hair cut sort of the same to that but I couldn't go all the way. I believe that if your going to change your style you have to go all out. I got my hair layered and I got some extensions. I think they get choppy layers, and most of those girls cut their hair themselves. And yer, they do have extensions. You would have to tease and spray your hair A LOT to get it to stay up like that all day.
